An out of tolerance pipette is tagged, an OOT (Out Of Tolerance) report generated. A CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive action) is written and Corrective actions are taken. Pipette is repaired with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) parts. After Repairs the pipette is calibrated and an as left calibration certificate is generated.
