Zero Sigma is a pipette and instrument service organization that was established to serve the needs of pharmaceutical, diagnostic, government and academic institutions throughout United States and Canada

Our core business is on site pipette cleaning, repair, calibration and documentation. Our services, quality control, and documentation are constantly evolving to meet the needs of our clients concerned with federal regulation and ISO. In addition to pipettes, we can provide on site calibration and repair services for most routine laboratory equipment on an individual and as needed basis.

Our pipette technical representatives have an average of 20 years experience in cleaning, repair, calibration and documentation of all the major brands of pipettes, and their training is updated on an annual basis. All of our balances, thermometers, barometers, hygrometers and secondary weights are calibrated and certified with NIST traceability standards. The entire historical data on any pipette serviced by Zero Sigma is available to its clients for easy retrieval on electronic, hard copy and LIMS . We have also developed our own software that enables us to efficiently obtain measurements directly from our balances and format the results into customized reports.

Zero Sigma will be glad to give a demonstration of our pipette services, as well as, provide a forty five minute seminar to any prospective clients on proper use, care and maintenance of pipettes upon request.
